Mountain Top Milestone:
Hand-painting is a fun way to simultaneously engage your child's sense of sight, touch, and proprioception or body awareness.
Incorporating all of these senses at once isn’t just a challenge, it is actually developing your child’s sensory integration skills!
Directions:
Help your child to cover the palm of their hand and fingers in washable paint using the paint brush.
Once fully covered in paint of your choosing, carefully stamp your child’s hand on the white paper, gently pressing their fingers and palm into the paper for best result
Get creative decorating your turkey from there, look for googly eyes, feet, a beak or snood.
Make it a special memento by adding what you’re grateful for this year :)
